Using Hostinger’s “Manage Access” feature, you securely grant me collaborator access so I can handle installation, design, and setup without ever needing your login credentials.I Build & Manage Everything:
I’ll install WordPress (or your chosen CMS), connect your domain, set up SSL, optimize your performance, and configure security. You’ll never have to touch the tech side.You Relax — I Maintain:
You can include a Maintenance & Care Plan ($35–$59/month) so I handle all ongoing updates, security monitoring, backups, and plugin maintenance — ensuring your site stays safe and smooth 24/7.

Each package includes specific features listed above. Additional pages, revisions, or integrations beyond the package scope may require a custom quote.
2️⃣ Timeline Disclaimer
Project timelines vary depending on client responsiveness, content delivery, and complexity. Estimated completion times will be discussed during the proposal stage.
3️⃣ Content Responsibility
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, and materials for their website unless copywriting or content creation is purchased as an add-on.
4️⃣ Ownership & Access
All websites are built under the client’s hosting and domain accounts, ensuring full ownership and access once the project is complete and payment is finalized.
5️⃣ Revisions Policy
Each package includes the listed number of revision rounds. Additional changes after final approval may incur a small hourly fee.
6️⃣ Design Rights
All website designs are original creations of GreySkye Affiliate (Grace Smith) and may be showcased in my portfolio with client permission.
7️⃣ Pricing Flexibility
Prices listed reflect base starting rates and may vary depending on project scope, integrations, and timeline. Custom quotes are always available.
Ownership & Access:
Client retains full ownership of their hosting and domain accounts.
Designer (Grace Smith / GreySkye Affiliate) is added as a collaborator for build and management access only.
Designer will not make account ownership or billing changes without client authorization.
Payment & Maintenance:
One-time setup fee due prior to site development.
Monthly Maintenance & Care Plan billed at the start of each month.
Maintenance includes plugin and theme updates, security checks, and performance monitoring.
Major content updates or redesigns may incur additional hourly fees.
Client Responsibilities:
Client must maintain active hosting and domain subscriptions.
Client agrees to provide timely approvals, content, and feedback.
If hosting lapses or access is revoked, GreySkye Affiliate is not responsible for downtime or data loss.
Portfolio Use:
Designer may feature the completed website in portfolio materials with client permission.
Cancellation:
Client may cancel the maintenance plan with 30 days’ written notice.
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
